Hello dear friends, there is much talk of Ascension these days, as should be. The concept is a little abstract for some and it takes a bit of a stretch of the imagination still for some to understand and absorb. But as you know, it is not really a concept. It is your Reality staring you in the face, gripping you in the heart, and laying out a worldview that is so enticing, yet a little intimidating for some.

As time marches on, you are being prepared and inundated with such intense Light and Love that it is becoming the milieu in which you swim. And this is good, because you are getting your feet wet, so to speak. The ante is being raised, dear ones, and you are up for it, equal to the task, as they say. You were built for this endeavor, and you have all the tools at your disposal; you always have. They are being uncovered as we speak.

From the time you fell into duality, you have known this, but it has been replaced and covered up with the need to blame others. You lost your knowledge of the Source and so you journeyed far and wide searching for the truth of it.

Be prepared for even more widening of your energy fields. This may cause a discomfort in your physical bodies, a kind of opening that you may be unfamiliar with. All openings seem unfamiliar at first, dear ones, as you attempt to understand it from a point of reference from your third dimensional experience.

Take a moment now to ponder your essence, your True Self, dear ones, which is Divinity. Yes, each and every one of you is Divinity. Some of you are not in complete awareness of this fact; some of you are only allowing the awareness of it to bubble up occasionally from your consciousness. Many of you are entering a phase where thought patterns are undergoing a shift. There is a shift from ego-based thoughts to heart-based thoughts.  There is a subtle shift in perception in many. It is like trying on a new set of clothes, in a new style. It may feel a little awkward and scratchy at first, but as time goes on, it feels more normal. Wear this new set of clothing, this new set of attitudes, lightly and with grace. You do not need to worry about how it looks. From our perspective, you look magnificent. You are learning how to navigate the switch from linear thinking to multidimensional thought.

With all the changes in your DNA and Light Bodies, nothing is the same, minute to minute. There appears to be no starting point or threshold to base things on anymore. You are flying free, dear ones, and learning to navigate your wings, so to speak. As you leave 3rd dimensional frameworks, the sky is the limit as to what you can create. It will be tempting at times to go back to the old ways of thinking, the old ways of doing things. But try and launch yourselves off from this point and explore the possibilities.

Hello, my dear beloveds. Now is the time for great awakening, of substance transformed in body, mind and spirit. You may find it overwhelming at times, as you completely change in many aspects. You are transcending dimensions quite often now and may not be aware of it. Hold tight and ground yourselves daily and please keep up with your meditations.

Prepare for many more changes. In your physical bodies, your crystalline structure has increased and developed so that you may feel very different and light-headed at times. Drinking plenty of water and exercising in nature will help with that. You may be wanting to spend much more time in quietude and self-reflection. This is all the process of Ascension, dear ones, and it is suggested that you do not fight it.

Everyone on this Earth is feeling to some extent the Shift that is occurring and it is no small matter, dear ones. For many there is a feeling of anticipation, and for some a slowing down of their energy. For many there is a quickening, or speeding up of energy. Each is feeling the Shift in their own individual way, but be assured it is happening.

Take a moment now to consider your state of mind. What is your overriding thought or feeling? What is ruling your inner state, your inner sense of being? What is your priority at this moment, each Now moment? Break it down to a feeling right now. Is it Joy? Is it Allowance? Is it Surrender? Is it Happiness? Is it Peace? Is it Love? Is it Acceptance? You choose.  You choose, and then embrace it totally and fully so there can be no room for anything else.

Greetings, beloveds. I come before you today to bring you information on your Ascension. All over your world there is much shift. Many are feeling it as a kind of dropping in energy, but do not worry; this is normal. You are making way for your new upgrades and downloads to go online, so to speak.

Gather yourself often into the Now. By this I mean take yourself into the Present by taking three deep breaths and feel everything with all your senses. Do this often in the day. Feel the love and joy well up in your hearts when you do this, dear ones, and just sit with it. Feel nothing being required of you but this in that moment.
