On Releasing*
“…My dear friends, what is your desire for your World? Make that forefront in your minds and hearts right now. With the energies now present you may mold anything you like. Do not let any boundaries of prior thought patterns hold you back. You are leaving that behind with all the releasing of old energies of duality that you all have been so immersed in of late.
Behold the Lightness of your Being. Behold the Joy within your hearts. Hold on to that and do not identify with the energies that are releasing, which are immense and can sometimes trick you into believing that this is still your reality. But, alas, it is not.
You feel this Lightness and Joy in your hearts. Just focus on that instead of any lingering negative thoughts and patterns of behavior that may still be clinging. It is important that you identify yourselves now with the Ascended Beings that you really are. That Reality is building as we speak, dear Ones.
We love you beyond measure, and we know that this has been no easy task for you to undertake, but you have done it openly and willingly and lovingly with all your hearts. You may not yet fully realize the impact of that.
Keep centering on your hearts and your hearts’ desires. Pay attention to only that. When you begin to stray from your “ascended thoughts”, just realize that this is merely more letting go of the old, and focus on your hearts and hearts’ desires with the Love and Light of all your true Being, your Divinity….”

Meditation and Prayer for Ascension from Master Lanto*:
“Begin each day with a prayer and a visualization of your being in a vast arena of Light. Imagine it to extend out for miles. Feel the vacuum as the Light swirls in ever-increasing circles and waves of penetrating bands of Light particles as you reach deeper with each breath you take.
Feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper with each breath, as you feel and visualize a vast column of Light forming all around you. Take it one step further and imagine that you are glowing brighter with each breath. Get adjusted to the brightness, and then take it one step further and allow yourself to breathe in even more Light as you feel your cells and body light up even more, and suddenly there is no boundary between your body and the vast column of Light you are within.
Now, try to hold this image and feeling for as long as you can, basking in the radiant white Christ Light that you were so used to being within, and in, many eons ago. Repeat this daily if you will, for it will speed along your ascension and benefit not only your own ascension but the ascension of all Beings and of planet Earth.
I leave you now with a prayer you may wish to include:
‘I absorb the universal white Christ Light of protection with each Divine breath I take, knowing that in doing so, I increase the magnitude of protection throughout my earthly sphere and the sphere of all the universes, of all the Beings that inhabit this earth and of all the Beings throughout the universes, forever on into eternity. I pledge my devotion to the greater good of all humanity, and of all the Beings throughout the multi-verses. I know myself now as a Multi-dimensional Being, equipped with all the elements necessary to emerge as the magnificent Divine Being of many facets that I am, and at the same time a magnificent facet of the Divine Oneness, of Creator of All-That-Is.”

On Ascension Process*
“…We wish to speak to you today of the increments you are indeed achieving in the raising of your frequencies moment by moment. There are many things that enhance it and there are many things that can deter from it.
Consider now what your focus is in the moment, dear Ones. Where does your focus lie right now? Is it what you would label as a loved-based thought? Is it clouded by concerns for survival or residue from still lingering fears and limiting beliefs of your true essence?
You are not your experiences. You are not your fears. You are not what the media tries to indoctrinate you with as the norm. You are so much more than that, dear Ones.
Be that pulse of energy you feel within, what you feel building within you as you pay more attention to your heart’s thoughts and your heart’s desires.
That connects you with the Divine essence of everyone. Yes, it brings you to the new consciousness of New Earth, not what was the old framework or vestiges of what you are successfully breaking away from……….
………Pay attention to the remaining beliefs you are holding on to, to the remaining old thought patterns and fears that still linger. Watch them, observe them, welcome them and accept them as a part of you, something that once served a purpose, and illuminate them and see the gift in them, and then watch as they become encased with Light and Love and become transmuted. Feel the relief and release as you let go of those energies to be replaced by the higher perspective of them.
Feel this new energy within you thus expand, and focus on this Lightness of Being. Let this be your new norm until you feel the need to welcome heavier energy to emerge and release in the same way as before…..”

“Many of you are feeling light-headed with feelings of pressure around your heart. Do not despair. This is good news. You are progressing nicely.
It is necessary for your heart to expand in this process; increments of energy are constantly being downloaded to those who accept it fully, to expand and upgrade your hearts, and the combination of heart pressure or even palpitations along with a feeling of light-headedness is part of the process.
Do not fear it, but allow it. The Light quotient in your Light Bodies is increasing steadily….
Take some moments now to feel your Light Body. Is there tingling in your body? Allow it; go with it. Don’t fight it. Allow those sensations to be there, even if they feel strange.
Do you feel like you could just “lift” off at times? This is good. Allow that elongated sensation of your energy, but at the same time, ground firmly into Mother Earth, to the core, while reaching up to the Galactic Sun. Allow that column of Light to get longer and taller. Rest within it in security and wonder at the new sensations.
Let that column of Light go with you wherever you go, not just in meditations….”

“…I would like to address some more points to help you in your ascension process. You know by now that you are changing in form quite a bit. The crystalline structure of your bodies is becoming quite settled and prominent. It is causing you to want to eat lighter and purer, and you will notice that fresh, raw fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds, and legumes will give you the high-vibrational energy you need.
Purifying your environment will also help you. Staying away from electronics as much as possible, especially cell phones and television, and being in nature as much as possible will nurture your being to the level it needs to rise to. And you know that being as present in the moment as much as you can be is helping you to counteract the dizzying feeling of time marching so fast and furiously.
It may feel at times like you are at the center of a twirling ride you would see at an amusement park. Stay rooted in the center and watch the world spin until it stabilizes and you have found your bearings. Breathe in the Light fully every moment as if it is the air you breathe, in gulps, if you will, and intend to allow it to reach all cells in your body. We have told you this, but it is very important now.
Just observe the negative sensations and memories and thoughts and notions you are experiencing and allow them to float on out like the waves wash out everything in their wake, out to the sea. In this case, the sea would be the Aura around you and let that transmute everything negative and recycle it out into the atmosphere and cosmic milieu as positive Light, Love and energy….”

“It is important to let the Light do its job and not resist. This is bringing you further along on your path to ascension. You will receive more help as you are open to it, so please ask any connections you have in the Spiritual Realm and Galactic Realm that are of the highest vibration and here to assist you.
Please be assured that many changes have taken place in your Light Bodies in the last few weeks and you are still assimilating them. Be prepared for more. You can control the effects by getting proper rest even if it means not fulfilling all your seemingly important obligations at the moment you think it is required to do so. Time is a continuum and what is important will be presented at the right moment for you.
My dear friends, we are moving quickly forward and it is important to stay centered at all times. It is important to increase your time in the sun and in nature, especially in the early morning hours and before dusk. It is also important to spend much more time amongst the natural elements, taking in colors and energy of the flowers, trees and sky, everything natural around you, and giving that energy back to Mother Earth and out all around you as an integral and natural part of your day. These will all speed you along on your ascension path.
You are learning to prioritize and focus on what matters: What do you want in this moment as if it is your last moment? Where would you like to be, either within or without? What would bring you the most Joy and Peace? Do you let yourself be still when you want to be so? Do you allow for spontaneous service to others? Do you listen to your inner promptings to meditate and expand your Aura out, feeling a connection with all others and Mother Earth? Do you tune into Her heartbeat and synchronize it with yours? Do you dwell in your heart as your primary residence and control center? Are you finding treasures there that were once hidden from you?….These are all things that can speed your ascension process along.”

On Ascension Symptoms*
“…Please take care to honor, nourish and protect your physical bodies, for they are the vehicles, as you know, with which you are acknowledging and clearing these experiences you chose to carry you through Ascension and back to Oneness.
It may seem at times like your Light is spilling over and wanting to overtake this physical body of yours, bringing it up and out faster and faster while you experience the upper dimensions. It will seem at times like there are no boundaries or stability as you try out your wings, so to speak. “….You may have noticed that you have lost interest in many things, and new interests are popping up. You may feel reluctance at letting go of old relationships and careers and old ways of doing things, because you identified deeply with it. You may feel like it is a betrayal and so you feel bad about letting go of people and things.
Keep in mind that the people and things in your lives are there for the purpose of awakening and once they have served that purpose, they are ready to be let go of. Be careful not to keep the attachment or to identify too closely with what you are letting go of. It floated into your life for learning, and after learning the lesson, you no longer have the need to hold on to the bearer of the lesson and growth. All that remains for you to do is to appreciate and bless it, and let it go.
More relationships will float into your life to replace those leaving, but the people and things leaving that have brought you the lesson are not really lost to you. They must be freed and allowed to move on. You have done nothing wrong in letting it all go. It is to your greatest good and theirs to become and remain detached. The essence of the love and lesson that came with it is still very much alive. You have just let go of the messenger, so to speak……We tell you this, because you will be discovering more and more to let go of, and it will sometimes feel like an avalanche as things speed up in clearing out the 3rd dimensional framework. “What have you learned through all these 3D experiences? “…Any disappointment, emotional upset, or disagreement amongst each other is actually a means or opportunity to open your hearts to more Light. Are they loving and tolerant of differences? Love has a way of neutralizing the effects of harsh circumstances in any situation. You all know this. We are here to remind you that now is the time to really look inside your hearts and find any harsh thoughts or memories and to love them away, to hold them in your arms and soothe them away like you would an infant.
Many of you are preparing for many things to change in your lives. Love is the biggest thing that will change, is changing, dear ones. You are learning to feel it and spread it like you have never done before. It will become a way of life for you. It will be the central factor in your lives. It will take over everything, and you know the world will be the better for it. The world is waiting for it. So love with abandon – every cell in your body and everyone in your path.
Love will transform everything. Your friends in spiritual places, or in high places, as the saying goes, will be alongside you, magnifying it until you won’t be able to tell where it is coming from. It will be one large mass of bubbling energy where all will swim like fish in the sea. Many will be wondering what the magnitude will be. That is for you to determine. So dream big. Feel love deeply, every second of the day. Fill up your lungs with it and breathe it out. Fill up your heart with it and expand your heart until you don’t know where yours ends and others’ begin. ….”
