Welcome, everyone! On this page you will find excerpts from messages I have received from various Ascended Masters on Love and Healing. It is a work in progress, as I go through all the private and public messages I have received so far and extract parts that may be of interest to you in your journey of awakening, clearing and healing towards Ascension.

On Intention*
“…We wish to speak to you about intention. This is a word used quite often and it encompasses many things. We of the Company of Heaven are one with our intentions for the highest good of all. You, our beloved Lightworkers, are learning to do the same. Many times you achieve this and thus become more integrated with your Higher Selves in doing so.
And what are your intentions? Now is the time to really examine them, if you haven’t done so. For, in doing this, your Light increases to illuminate them, dear ones. You are so powerful and precious in that you have the means to change everything that is not of the Light.
What do you desire to change? What do you desire to manifest? What are you longing to see in your World around you?…”

On Detachment*
“….You may have noticed that you have lost interest in many things, and new interests are popping up. You may feel reluctance at letting go of old relationships and careers and old ways of doing things, because you identified deeply with it. You may feel like it is a betrayal and so you feel bad about letting go of people and things.
Keep in mind that the people and things in your lives are there for the purpose of awakening and once they have served that purpose, they are ready to be let go of. Be careful not to keep the attachment or to identify too closely with what you are letting go of. It floated into your life for learning, and after learning the lesson, you no longer have the need to hold on to the bearer of the lesson and growth. All that remains for you to do is to appreciate and bless it, and let it go.
More relationships will float into your life to replace those leaving, but the people and things leaving that have brought you the lesson are not really lost to you. They must be freed and allowed to move on. You have done nothing wrong in letting it all go. It is to your greatest good and theirs to become and remain detached. The essence of the love and lesson that came with it is still very much alive. You have just let go of the messenger, so to speak……We tell you this, because you will be discovering more and more to let go of, and it will sometimes feel like an avalanche as things speed up in clearing out the 3rd dimensional framework. Your heart is becoming healed through all this….”

On Bliss*
“We speak to you today about Bliss. Bliss is your natural state. You go in and out of this state many times in the day. Many things bring you out of it. You are learning to monitor this, and not allow your thoughts to drift into lower vibrations, more and more.
You may not recognize Bliss at times. For it is becoming more and more a part of you in these days of parting 3rd dimensional thought. Breathing in that feeling of Bliss in the moment will help you to sustain it.
The love in your hearts that you are cultivating more and more is expanding your reality of Bliss and Joy, dear ones. When it comes into your heart, revel in it and feel it deeply. Be still and take it in. You can even see it in your minds-eye and feel it in your body. Take note of it and expand it and allow it and just be in it…”.

“…Moving from these Now Moments to the next is how you are creating your new world. Let nothing interfere with the Bliss you are feeling in this Now Moment. And if you are not feeling it, why not? It is your natural state. Embrace it. Everything else is just like grains of sand being blown about by the wind. Just observe, without attachment, the many thoughts circulating around you that are not of Bliss. Do not let them stick.
Breathe in the Golden Light being offered to you now. Absorb it fully and completely and with abandon, dear ones. Fill yourselves up with it and let go of anything else that is not of that Light. Allow the Light to push out any remaining debris from old patterns, thoughts and feelings that no longer serve you or humanity towards the new consciousness of Unity and Love….”

“Love is an eternal flame burning in everyone’s hearts. It is up to you how much you care to ignite it and spread it out. The eternal flame of love has no bounds or limits. It has no restrictions but the ones you put on it. So let go and allow this eternal flame of unconditional love to burn ever brighter every day with your efforts to tap into that core of your essence, to the core of oneness with all beings, sentient, or insentient, on earth and in the galaxies and spiritual realms. We are all one, and we wait for you to join us in this new era of peace, of love for all…”

On Your True Essence, Divinity*
“Take a moment now to ponder your essence, your True Self, dear ones, which is Divinity. Yes, each and every one of you is Divinity. Some of you are not in complete awareness of this fact; some of you are only allowing the awareness of it to bubble up occasionally from your consciousness. In whatever way you may want to look at it, through whatever eyes you may want to look at it, it is your True Essence.
More and more of you are beginning to grasp the complete weight of it, beginning to dance to the full chords of its celestial song. Your Soul Song is harmonizing quite well now with others’ Soul Songs, and what a beautiful symphony you are creating. Behold the wonders that the notes are creating in your outer world, dear ones, my comrades of Peace and Love. What a joy you are to behold!……….The Truth, dear friends, is that you are all Divine Beings, forever and always, and waiting to manifest is the glory that you hold. On Letting Go*
“What have you learned through all these 3D experiences? That is indeed the question to ponder, for as soon as you know, you will be free to let go and move on with the richness you have gained through living these experiences. Take the gift and move on. What a glorious day awaits you as you enter into this New Earth armed with an armload of these gifts, leaving behind the pain and suffering that came with the learning…… The phrase of the day is “Let Go”, dear ones. Let Go! ……Let Go of any remaining hurts, grudges, regrets, and pain that are holding you back from true Bliss. Examine what it is in your life that you still need to let go. What is needed to complete the experiences so that they just yield the gift of the lesson? What do you still need to let go of?….Ponder this and put your glorious Light around this and you will emerge victorious into the New Earth and into the 5th Dimension clean and clear and ready for glorious expansion and Joy. On Ascension Symptoms*Prepare for many more changes. In your physical bodies, your crystalline structure has increased and developed so that you may feel very different and light-headed at times. Drinking plenty of water and exercising in nature will help with that. You may be wanting to spend much more time in quietude and self-reflection. This is all the process of Ascension, dear ones, and it is suggested that you do not fight it…”

On Love*
“The quality of Love is transforming. You have probably noticed it, dear ones. It has taken on an essence you have not seen for many eons. Take a moment to feel the quality. Bathe in it and absorb it. Be very cognizant of its nature. By now, you are experiencing Love in a different Light.
You know now that Love is your essence, not just something that you feel or give out at will. It makes up your whole being. It governs your decisions; it colors your world. It Is your world; it Is you. It is everyone around you if you choose to see it that way.
Enter into that world now. Let it color how you look at things, how you react to things, how you take action. It is the essence of you. No one can convince you otherwise anymore….”

On Disappointment and Upset*
“…Any disappointment, emotional upset, or disagreement amongst each other is actually a means or opportunity to open your hearts to more Light. The lesson in that is to see those disappointments, emotional upsets and disagreements as an avenue to Wholeness, to Oneness. All over the world many are expanding their hearts and letting in more Love and Light. The only thing that can counteract that expansion and return to Wholeness is fear and judgment.
Now is the time to muster your courage and fight that tendency to fear and judge, which is of course a human tendency. However, it is also true that your true essence, that of Light and Love, can override those human tendencies. Your human experience and tendencies are just a means and opportunity for your Light Essence to grow and fortify. When you created your human experiences you knew that on a deeper level; you knew that your Light, and the Light of others would overcome and transform your experiences into the material necessary for Wholeness and Oneness..”

On Acceptance and Forgiveness
“…Many times you have wondered what the meaning of life is. There are as many interpretations as there are droplets of water in the sea, as there are so many perspectives. However, the one common denominator connecting all these myriad notions is the essence that binds it all together and keeps the focus on what is the same. Stop looking at what is different about the masses and focus on the essence in your beating hearts, on what connects you to everyone else, the knowing that you are not separate and contained, but instead one beating heart that is just beginning to find its true rhythm.
Synchronize your hearts to this rhythm by allowing any thoughts other than loving ones to loosen and transmute within the glowing White Light of acceptance and forgiveness. Observe the thoughts and let them go. They cannot stick unless you hold them close. Let all thoughts other than loved-based ones float on and away….”

Everyone who does it just paves the way for many others to step out of the hologram that has kept them enslaved for so long. Do what you love, and love what you do, it has been said. This is what you all came here for, and what we have come here to watch and help you with.
Love with abandon, give with abandon, play with abandon, and look upon the world with the innocent eyes of a child. Take your cues from them. They know how to live in the Now moment and put their full attention there, with complete faith and trust that they are safe. Feel the complete joy that a child feels when experiencing something wondrous. They expect miracles and they see them. You can too. Let go of your shells of mistrust and fear.
